At San Diego FitCamp our Fitness Boot Camps combine functional exercises, resistance training, TRX suspension training, calisthenics & plyometrics with bouts of cardio intervals (walking, jogging, sprinting, hills and stairs) to create a workout unmatched in variety and results!
We train you like athletes, pushing your limits and challenging you to “the core”. We are committed to helping our participants achieve peak physical condition. Workout at your own pace and discover a fun & challenging program that will maximize your fitness results. Each FitCamp Session lasts 60 minutes per class, 2-5 days per week.
What are Functional Exercises?
Functional exercises simultaneously use multiple muscles and joints to improve muscular endurance, overall strength, coordination, balance, posture and agility – to get a challenging, effective and fun full-body workout as well as prepare the body for everyday, real world activities.
